As an independent artisan, I take great pride in personally designing, handcrafting, packing, and shipping each piece, ensuring they arrive in your hands with care. As with any handmade creations, you may notice slight variations in color, size, or small indents, but these nuances are part of the artistic process, adding a unique charm to each item. It is my heartfelt wish that you will cherish these pieces as much as I do.

Shipping Rates

Spain Mainland

We offer local Spanish (Peninsula) tracked shipping for a flat rate of €6.49 (5-10 days) and €12.49 for express shipping (2-4 days).

The shipping method will be selected based on the shipping address and the most efficient carrier available. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for delays due to public holidays or inclement weather conditions or busier periods in the lead-up to busy festivals such as Christmas. There is no option by the shopping cart provider to separate Spain (Peninsula) and Spain (Balearic & Canary islands). For customers from the balearic & Canary islands, please select EU shipping. If you choose the standard/ express shipping, your order will not be processed and your purchase will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges for defects

If the purchased item is defective, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.

The customer is asked to complain about delivered goods with obvious transport damage to the delivery agent and to inform the seller of this. If the customer does not comply, this has no effect whatsoever on his statutory or contractual claims for defects.

As an independent artisan business, JcMonster Workshop takes great care in crafting our distinctive ceramic art pieces. I genuinely care about your satisfaction with every purchase you make from my workshop.

If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item. I will be delighted to guide you through the return and refund process. Please be aware that the cost of postage for returning the item will be your responsibility. To ensure a smooth return, please handle the items with care, as damaged items unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Shipping & Return Terms and Conditions:

1. Shipping Method: The shipping method will be selected based on the shipping address and the most efficient carrier available. If your country is not on our list of flat-rate shipping, please contact us at hello@jcmonster.com to get a quote.

2. Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. After your order is finalized, it will take typically 3-5 business days to process, and the estimated delivery time will typically be 5-10 days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for express shipping unless specified. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.

7. Package Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any signs of damage during transit. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please take pictures for evidence in case of a dispute.

8. Delays and Non-Delivery: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or disruptions in transportation networks.

9. Order Processing Time: Please allow a processing time of 5 business days for order fulfillment before the package is ready for shipping.

10. Returns and Exchanges: For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.

11. Shipping Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations or international shipping limitations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with these restrictions.

12. Communication: We will communicate with you via the contact information provided during checkout regarding order updates, shipping notifications, and any potential issues related to your shipment.

13. Right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without specifying the reason and with no penalties, within fourteen (14) working days after receiving the products.

13.1 If you decide to return the order, or part of the order, please follow the procedure:

Give communication of your intention to return the products in a written form, within fourteen (14) working days after receiving the products by e-mail at hello@jcmonster.com. In order to accelerate the response time and the management of files, please insert your name, your surname, the order number, and the wording “RETURNED ORDER” in the object of the communication.

13.2 As an alternative, you can visit the section “Contact Us” on our website and provide the following details:

  • Name

  • Web order number;

  • The items you want to return

  • Reasons to return (if possible)

  • Refund or exchange

13.3 The right of withdrawal –is exercised properly when the following conditions have also been met:

  • the products should not have been used or damaged;

  • the products should be returned with their original packaging;

  • the products should be returned to the Seller in one single shipment. The Seller has the right to refuse products of the same order returned and shipped in different moments;

  • the products shall not be made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • returned products shall be promptly dropped to the shipper within fourteen (14) days beginning on the day you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract as stated above.

13.4 If the right of withdrawal is properly exercised in accordance with the conditions and terms stated herein, the Seller will refund the price of the products. However, the costs of the shipment are not refunded.

13.5 The refund will take place by a transfer of the payment made by credit/debit card or Paypal.

14 Refund terms and conditions

14.1 After the return of the products, the Seller has the right to check the conformity of the products themselves according to the terms and conditions stated in section 13 above. In case of a successful outcome of the control, the Seller shall send the Purchaser an e-mail in order to confirm the acceptance of the returned products within 5 business days unless specified (e.g. on vacation).

14.2 Once the correct execution of the process described above is verified, the amount paid will be refunded in the shortest possible time and, anyway, within fourteen (14) days of the date you notify us of your decision.

However, the Seller has the right of retaining the amount paid until the purchased products are actually returned to the Seller or until the consumer gives irrefutable proof of the actual shipment of the purchased products.

14.3 If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.
