2. Can I put the mugs in the dishwasher?

Absolutely! We understand the convenience of using a dishwasher, so we made sure all our food ware, including mugs, is dishwasher-safe. You can confidently pop them in for easy cleaning.

However, it's essential to note that handwashing is gentler on the stoneware or ceramics, and it can help preserve the glaze and overall condition. So, if you prefer that extra TLC for your mugs, handwashing is always a great option.

For items unsuitable for the dishwasher, such as dry flower vases, we will specify them in the product description to avoid any confusion.

When taken care of properly, our mugs will serve you well for years to come. So, whether you choose the dishwasher or handwashing, your mugs will remain in great condition, ready to accompany you for countless sips of your favorite beverages.

3. Can I use your products in the oven or microwave?

Certainly! Our products are designed to be versatile and convenient for your everyday use. The stoneware we use is fired at high temperatures, ensuring its suitability for both microwaves and ovens. It's perfectly safe to heat your food or beverages in these items. Exception applied for items containing metal, such as the WDT tool. Such items are NOT microwave safe, with or without specification.

4. Can I use your products on direct fire?

No, our products are not intended to be used directly on an open flame or stovetop. Exposing them to direct heat can cause cracks and tar due to uneven heating, potentially damaging the items. However, you can safely use our products in the oven, where the heat distribution is more uniform.

We advise against using our items on direct fire as it may compromise their integrity and affect their performance. To ensure the longevity and optimal use of our products, kindly adhere to the recommended usage guidelines.

5. Why do I notice slight variations in color, texture, and size in the products I received?
